After growing up in a small mill town in rural New York, Larry Broughton traveled the world for eight years with the US Army's Special Forces, commonly known as the Green Berets. He has parlayed his unique experience of serving on Special Forces A-Teams to the business world, and is Founder and CEO of Orange County-based Broughton Hospitality, a hotel management and development company. Since its inception, his firm has received dozens of awards for performance, and is considered a leader in the hotel industry, growing an average of 75% each year.
