T.C. Coleman ("Coach T.C.") is the CEO of Upward Action LLC and founder of LawyersLaunchpad.com. She is an attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit ("lawyerpreneur"), a branding strategist and a professional speaker who is known as "America's Online Business Coach."

Coach T.C. spent nearly a decade as a corporate attorney and business executive providing guidance and counsel to government agencies, private equity firms and public companies. She combines her business and legal background to help her clients attract leads, convert "clicks to clients" and increase their revenue by utilizing the power of online technology and social media. Coach T.C. travels the country and employs technology (e.g, Second Life) to speak to global audiences about the practical and measurable implementation of social media and interactive marketing strategies for accelerated business success in the 21st century. An honors graduate of Hampton University (VA), Coach T.C. received her law degree from Columbia Law School (NYC), where she was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar.
